Leveraging our extensive networks, we identify suitable universities and departments for collaboration, establishing Reneco as a trusted conservation partner and creating a strong foundation for mutually beneficial projects.
Our approach includes comprehensive oversight of each collaboration, with regular monitoring and evaluation to track progress. This ensures that goals, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met. We carefully manage financial and logistical aspects to support conservation partnerships, including securing funding, lab facilities, and equipment from academic institutions. Additionally, we facilitate expertise sharing and transfer of critical skills to local teams.
